An app I use every day...multiple times...is Pages. Pages is a Facebook app for managing a page (not a personal profile). I am an administrator on four Facebook pages (my work, my church, and two nonprofits I am a part of), and if I had to post and manage content using the mobile Facebook app, I would probably croak.  Pages is so easy to use and makes posting very easy. For anyone who administers a Facebook page--especially if someone has more than one page-- I highly recommend it!
